Ari Banegas…

Since 1994, I have been involved in various leadership roles throughout the real estate and financing arenas. This includes serving as Director of American Exchange Mortgage Bankers starting in 1999. During this time, I was concentrated on the company’s business development, acquisition of multifamily projects, mortgage financing division expansion, and client retention. I am also a founding member and served on the Board of Directors to Professional Bank in Coral Gables, Florida from 2007 to 2010. From 2010 until 2018, I also served as the Principal Broker of a boutique real estate company located in Miami, Brickell. I’m happy to have re-entered the mortgage arena in 2018.

I have a long and respectable record of successfully guiding locals, nationals, and multi-national clients in acquiring and financing real estate assets. I am fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and obtained my Juris Doctor at Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in New York, and my Bachelor at Culver-Stockton College, Missouri.
